The top image show the first initial concepts for the JCR logo, made for professional race car driver, Jameson Riley.
This was a fun project to work on as we had lots of different inspiration for the logo - from vintage racing imagery, to modern & sleek race car graphics and everything in between.
The logo we ended up with is a balance of everything, that's simplified and will work on any application - see the second image.
After working through some concepts, we landed on two strong designs that will work well for any application.
Theres a rounded version and squared version. These will be made into stickers and displayed on various racing equipment.
